Learning Outcomes 5 and 6
Citing sources and using MLA format has never been my strong suit. Intext citations especially has never been my strong suit. Instead of just using quotes and having to use intext citations, I decided to always make sure to state what author was saying what, just so I could avoid using them. I also made sure to look on Purdue Owl to check and see if I was following the MLA format rules. Then I would make sure to always put my works cited into alphabetical order. In this paper I learned from my mistakes from my first paper that I did this year. Firstly, I did not use the last names of my fellow peers, but I then made sure to only use last names after introducing them in my other papers. I also made sure that my header was on the right side, also known as the left side, of my paper instead of it being on the wrong side, aka the right side of the paper. I also did not have my paper doubled space them first time, which I should have had it like that because it makes them look so cramped if I did not. For my other papers I then made sure that I had it doubled spaced. Rather than those points I have made sure that I have been in MLA format every single time after. Like how I always have it twelve size font, in times new roman, and have it doubled space.
